Henry McMillan Yoga instructor & Purveyor of Fun Henry has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. After selling his Los Angeles studio in 2016, he moved to Amsterdam, where he built a thriving yoga business, teaching at studios across the city and hosting retreats in Mexico and Spain. Known for his playful, challenging, and immersive classes, Henry designs unique flows accompanied by carefully curated playlists, making each session a full-body experience. “Expect to laugh, sweat, and maybe discover muscles you didn’t even know you had.” Henry’s dream of hosting a men-only yoga retreat finds its perfect match in Gran Canaria. “Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. A male body moves, stretches, and strengthens differently, and my approach is tailored to honor those differences.”
